Hi;
I believe Lou and others on this list are using this antenna.  I ran into 
someone using the antenna mounted six inches above ground.  Am I correct 
that there is a counterpoise at the base?  Wonder how one avoids lawn mower 
issues with the counterpoise essentially at the ground.
