I didn't set mine up according to the instructions and actually it's below
2:1 everywhere but 40 is close, and I think 15 is close, maybe part of 10
depending on the weather, but all bands but 160 are easily tunable with the
tuner in my 570. I think the tuner in my 940, 440, and 450 were much better
tuners but that's what they call progress I guess, I don't like these built
in tuners with relays instead of the motor driven ones. the external ones
are great but not internal though they can always remove relays to make them
fit in a TS-2000 or 480 and the motorized ones couldn't get much smaller. I
think with my next HF radio I'll get an external tuner.
