I have had the 6620 for over 2 years now and the only thing that I have had 
trouble with is the internet.  I think that is mostly operator problem 
rather than product problem.  You can get to the call timers, dialed number, 
received numbers, missed numbers, ring tones and the changing of them, can 
all the aps that comes on the phone.  Games that are installed can not be 
used.  Hope this answers most of the questions that you have.  There is a 
newer version of talkz than the one that I have and I don't know what they 
have done in it.
