My vote is with Vit. D3.
I ramp up to up to 20K a day if traveling by air or if I feel a cold
coming on - seems to stop it.
Bone broth when possible to get more calcium in to balance the Vit. D3.
I find the powder in capsule or liquid form easy to take - I've tried
the solid pill form and that gives me indigestion.
