I looked into lamb and what I could get for the Pakistani restaurant 
that is custom cooking for me. We learned that his lamb comes from 
New Zealand, and his beef comes from Australia. Is seems that aren't 
many suppliers of Halal meat in the US. So I don't have to go to any 
special effort to get grass-fed meat.
