Great question. I'll have to ask the place I pick up my fat from. I told
them I will use it for making pemmican (they actually know what it is!!!). I
was thinking of trying out the tallow (from U.S. Wellness?) sometime.
Btw, my husband (the KING of picky eating) says my pemmican tastes like
roast beef. LOL.
