Sounds good. Where to buy?

I can't use grams, lacking a weigh scale. IIRC 29 grams~=1 ounce~=~1T,
which I can eyeball. If true it's useable.
Does anyone know if this is true?

Then there is the oddity in digestive function such that a 6 ounce
porterhouse steak eaten morning noon and evening is an excellent way of
losing weight, while the same (18 oz.) eaten in one evening meal causes no
change in weight.
