Hi Friends
 
Thanks for your help for a GF BBQ sauce and here is the summary.   Number is 
how many people replied.
I did use Sweet Baby Ray's.  I am not sending  chicken recipe for  those who 
asked because it was not so great.
 
KC Masterpiece
Montgomery Inn
Sweet Baby Ray's (5)
Boar's Head
Cattleman's original (honey not GF) (3)
Annie's
Bone Suckin' Sauce(thicker one)(2)
 
Saz's(2)
Daddy O's(whole food)
Kraft BBQ(most but check label)
Make your own dry rub with herbs and spices
 
Summary:  Chinese restaurants
Forget spareribs they smoked the meat and then drench in soy sauce.
Order dishes made with white sauce  
Take your own soy sauce
Some are afraid to eat in Chinese restaurants
 
I do eat out in Chinese restaurants and one restaurants does have  wheat free 
soy sauce and will prepare my food with it but I have been craving  real 
spareribs which are already made with reg soy sauce.
