    D.Q. ice cream cakes are made entirely of g/f ice cream. However, in the center, they generally put a layer of chocolate fudge, mixed with cookie crumbs. I spoke with the manager of our local D.Q. this afternoon, and she will substitue a layer of chopped M&Ms for the chocolate fudge/cookie crumb mixture, and then she will check all other ingredients (for the decorations) to make sure they are g/f, and will make a g/f ice cream cake for me.
