Hey all,

I have a tip for when we get left behind in email, so this subject has 
double meaning (grin).

If you see a subject that you don't want to follow, one way to get things 
deleted quickly is to use your find feature in your email program, type in 
at least a part of the subject, select the whole list that comes up, and 
delete once!  Maybe there's a better way, but i haven't learned that yet.
