Interesting, Phil, because my pain points have altered again since losing
weight. . . ..

When first I hurt my back, I had pain on the left side for about four years,
then mysteriously, after subsiding quite a lot, it moved to the right-hand
side. (The left would still hurt if I walked more than a few minutes, but
the right began to get worse and worse and hurt even to move.) After eight
years of right-hand side, this has now begun to reverse again.
