Here is a summary of the responses to GF multivitamins and minerals.? Thanks to all to responded.
I have used Nature Made products for years - they say free of gluten right on the label. I use a multi-vitamin, B12 supplement and a calcium supplement. No problems in 9 years! They are available at KMart, Walgreen's, CVS/Pharmacy. They also sometimes have coupons and go on sale!?
I too, had the Centrum problem. I now switched to Pioneer multi vitamins. They are vegetarian and it says gluten free right on the container. We bought them at the local health food store. A little more money than Centrum. It was 24.00 for a 2 month supply.
You'll probably get other suggestions to look up Freeda's website; count mine as another vote for them. Lots of choices, all gluten- casein- and etc. free. Excellent products. You may not get exactly the combination you're looking for in a single tablet, but pretty much everything you could want is available through them in one form or another. Check out Quintabs M.?
I use the chewable Viactiv. They are GF and I haven't had a problem with them. It doesn't say GF on the package, I called.?
Jamieson states their multi with minerals is GF and lactose free on the bottle - availalble at Canadian pharmacies - not usre if it is in US.
Avon (I use the one for past menupause)?has a variety of vitamins and minerals which are very good.? Also Nature Made Vitamins (I use the B Complex)?are reasonable, sold at many discount and grocery stores.? GNC stores would be able to help you.? Many Chiropractic offices have a wide variety of supplements.
Perque makes really good quality mulitvitamins (Life Guard)?
and also mineral supplements (Bone Guard).?
