“cheese raviolis” = egg crepes filled with ricotta cheese,

mac and cheese
grilled chicken
caesar salad especially with chicken option

There was, of course, a general concern about cross
contamination. It was recommended that:
*all GF food be stored separately (don’t mix cereals
etc..) in clean containers
*GF foods be prepared prior to the non-GF foods on clean
surfaces with clean utensils
*all GF foods be labeled GF
