Does anyone know how Outback Steakhouse cooks their steamed veggies.
I assume they steam them, but they have such a wonderful
flavor...almost like they've been dipped in butter or something...yet
they are always dry when they're served, not greasy...so the "dipped
in butter" part doesn't make sense.
I don't care about the spice...as most of you know, we order them
without it...I just want to know how they cook them....
