On March 13, 2007 the SnoKingCeliac Support Group will reconvene from
7-8:30pm at the Northshore (Bothell) Group Health Coop Clinic in Conference Room A.
We will exchange and discuss our favorite gluten free dinner entree recipes.
Please bring 15 copies of your favorite gluten free meat or vegan dish or
casserole recipe. Be prepared to explain why you like that dish, how you
prepare it and whether you can substitute for the listed recipe ingredients.
We need volunteers to help advertise the May 19 Celiac Disease Awareness
Walk and host tables at the walk's Gluten Free Food Fair. Anyone who comes to
our March meeting and volunteers to post at least 7 flyers for the May 19 celiac
awareness walk at local community centers, libraries, clinics, etc. OR
volunteers to host a vendor table at the walk's gluten free food fair gets a box
of Ener-G Foods cookies.
Everyone gets samples of EnjoyLifeFood Nutty Flax Cereal. I'll provide
ziploc bags and a scoop.
If you have questions or need directions to our location, email or call.
