Tia and list,
Would your gp have to refer you to the endocrinologist again, for you to be
re-evaluated? From what you list as symptoms, there could be a myriad of
causes, low thyroid among them, and many others of autoimmune origin.
Perhaps you can call the endo directly, and request an appointment as soon
as possible. (If it doesn't work, then there must be another
endocrinologist you might try, even in Montana :-)
