I recently ate at a restaurant with my husband in the Rehoboth Beach, DE
area and one thing the wait person told me to do first was pick out the protein
I wanted and they would build my dish around it. I liked that idea as it meant
I only had to think about one item at a time (simplified the process and
made it a logical process). It may have made their job easier as well since they
weren't trying to deal with an entire meal but could build my plate one step
at a time.

FYI, the restaurant was Nage and they also have a site in Washington, D.C.,
I believe. I had the best seafood stew there of anyplace I'd eaten in months!
If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend this restaurant!
