Just found this out-my 19 year old daughter, who has celiac, and her
friends often hang out at our local IHOP, since it's open late and
several of her friends work there. She thought she was safe ordering an
omelette, but fortunately the server was aware of her celiac and told
her IHOP puts pancake batter in their eggs before making omelettes. So
just an FYI, I checked with a different IHOP as well and was told they
all do this...
