I guess it is my turn to be awake late. It is almost 1 in the morning. We
had our prayer meeting tonight. It went well. About a month or maybe five
weeks ago, I was sitting where I always do during our Friday night prayer
meeting. We had been praying for probably an hour together. We don't take
turns praying around the room, we just pray as we feel led. By that I mean,
one prays, and then someone else, and if you don't feel like praying, you
don't have to. So, I was sitting in my chair and I heard, clear as a bell,
a voice say, "Ask me for a building." When the person praying stopped, I
prayed and said, "Lord, you just told me to ask you for a building so I am
asking you for a building. I don't know why, other than we need some place
to meet and to minister to more people in, so give us a building." I've
been praying that off and on since that time. Tonight, Keith came and asked
me what I had said about it. I repeated to him what you just heard. He
said a church is for sale next to his house. It's a gay church, with room
for 30 cars to be parked, an extra lot next to it, and they are selling it
for about what a house costs. What does all that mean? Beats me. I'm just
doing what Jesus said and that is, "Ask me for a building." So when I pray,
I ask Jesus for a building. I'd love taking over a building pastor by a gay
pastor with gay members who moved on, or whatever they are selling it for,
and preach the Gospel in it.

Phil.
