The process of dealing with the beach hasn't gone well.  I finally got the
intake person at a disability rights legal center and she was horrible and told
me she agreed with the lifeguards!!   
 
LEGAL----BRAIN DEAD OR WHAT?
 
 I ended up calling the directo r   
 
SO GREAT FOR YOU 
 
 who gave me another intake person who was ok, but I don't want them to handle
my case now.  I feel like a fool trusting them when they have an employee like
that.  I've written the Governor's wife who supposedly helps some citizens with
their issues and she has a project working with people who have disabilities.  I
have a feeling she is my only real hope - if she even decides to respond.  I may
contact another legal center, but I don't know.

AND WHAT IS THE MOTHERS name again
 
the daughter has a disability or something?
