Certainly not electronic goods--if you want to travel down into Amish
country, I feel pretty safe in saying that they are still making stuff from
scratch.
But, apart from that, the US doesn't make anything other than babies and
the government that we elect is so corrupt and short-sighted that they
don't even see that as a problem. My fear is that at some point the rest
of the world will figure out that the United States is a totally irrelevant
empty shell that can be ignored because we owe everybody, and we make nothing.
