    Well I am crazy as a loon but I did just now place an order for this 
radio.  Sigh.  I didnt want to end up feeling like some do with buying a 
single bander.  The only extras this time is a carry case, extra battery, 
and whip antenna.  I will probably go to Batteries America later on and 
order another battery and the charger as a package deal.  3 day shipping so 
I will have some fun this week.

    I have used Maha chargers and like them.

(choking on the debt I just added to my life.  LOL)
