  The ic-7800 has speech as standard.  Reads s-meter, frequency and mode 
  on main rx and sub.

  Got mine today.  Will report further when I find out what all the buttons do.

  Also, no optional filters, all provided, as is voice recorder.

  If anyone else has one, could do with a key chart.
