I believe its in the 1260-1270 range.  I know the Space Station can use that
area but doesn't.  There are a number of satellites up there but don't really
know a lot about them.  I'm interested in it because its a bit of a new area for
me.  Tracking at that high a frequency presents some fairly unique challenges,
especaially without the use of visual tracking on the computer.
