Thank you to everyone who replied to my original posting. I am very pleased
to know that this product is available as individual servings. 

From your postings, this is what I have learned...

 - Single serve packets of gluten free soy sauce are available from
restaurant supply stores. 
 - Restaurant supply stores may not not sell directly to non-business owners
 - Two products are available:
      - Kari-Out Soy Sauce Low Sodium 
      - San-J Tamari (Wheat Free)
 - Packs numbers vary but some offer boxes of 500 while others have single
packets available (11c to 17c each)
