Thai Kitchen makes several Asian noodle dishes, if that would do the
trick.
(at least the Thai Peanut, Pad Thai, and Sesame & Garlic flavors are GF)
Boil extra GF Trader Joes pasta when making pasta for dinner.
Drain and put the plain pasta in a ziplock bag. Keeps in the fridge
for up to a week.
Nuke a small bowl of water and pour the pasta out of the ziplock and
immerse it for about 30 secs.
This reheats the pasta and all you have to do is drain and add hot sauce
ramen noodles
Freeze cooked pasta, portioned in ziplock bags. You simply microwave
them.
Rice packets from Lundberg that you just cut a slit in the top, and
heat.
They were only $2 at a dollar store and say gluten free on the front.
Flavors are chicken, beef, mexican and teriaki.
Check out a oriental grocery for Instant Rice Noodles...Basically
just need to be rinsed w/ hot water.
Many of the canned spaghetti sauces have recipes on the back that are
basically,
1 part each pasta (use elbows, spirals....compact pasta would have to
be weighed), sauce, water.
Heat til pasta is done, stirring occassionally...Done on stove top
but microwave should work.
Would work w/ both tomato or cheese sauce.
Glutino frozen pasta sides include mac-n-cheese, alfredo and some
mushroom pasta
