I posted a question regarding Z-Trim a while back. I got this clarificiation
back from Steve from www.Z-Trim.com regarding the ingredients. Explain
below is pretty clear.
This product will be showing up as an ingredient in more & more products as a
healthy fat replacement. I'm not sure how available the product is in regular
store, but it's being used in places like school kitchen, etc. to provide
good kid friendly foods with lower fat content.
Enjoy!

Dear Bev,
Z Trim and all of our finished products such as salad dressings and mayo
spread are only made with corn. Our labels read corn bran fiber in the ingredient
list. There are some foreign countries that want non-gmo products only and for
them we have non-gmo Oat Z Trim and it is labeled as such.
I hope this answers your question. I am available to talk with you if you
have any other questions or concerns.
Kind regards,
Steve
