THANKS MR BARROW.please come home and set up the gambia branch .the gambia needs sustainable roads .the senegalise road builders may not do the genuine stuff for us.just my guess.the road from serrekunda to sukuta is schedule to be constructed since last year i am told.but as usual ,the politicains plays there game perfectly.they don't travel on those bad roads.the able body gambians use advance four wheel drives that many gambians can't afford.the small low cars are always breaking down.my own father inlaw's german made benz breakdown on avearge every two weeks.this is sad.
we will make special prayer for any one who help alevaite the road problem.i know it is no child play ,it needs lots of money and our government don't have a dine ,help, help help.
i am only worried about the over polulted towns in greater banjul.even the sarahulehs who usually like the rural areas are seen every were now.what is happening ? the farmers are now city dwellers .what happen to back to the farm slogan ? haruna and baba ran to u.s ,ld ran to u.k,kabir in sweden ,momodou camara in denmark ,now who is going to do the farming ? where is Dr jaiteh ? where is Dr jeng ?
your people need some thing to hope on.
Mr barrow ,with your previoius expertise ,you will be useful to gambian people .i am not interested in the politics when real issues are concern.yes ,the system need to change but when ? whilst curable deseases are killing many ,whilst a medical reseacrh unit is made into a hospital (mrc) .how save is the gambia ? whilst expired foods are in the supermarkets .i went into a supermarket on the oldjewan road to buy a drink and the indain man told me ''this is all fruits '' .i look at him with intense suspision .i forget to say that we now have indians invading the gambia .the lebanise are been maginalised .indian shop every where.also indian engineers fixing fax macnines, photo copiers ,every thing.if we let the indians take over ,we may as well go to casamase ,they have over 10 million human mouths to feed.
any help is needed.yahya was just from receiving some foreingn high commisioners.my neigbour jobes is now a captain .i mean lawyer jobarteh .he now have three wives.
to warn brothers ,there is a manyo fever going round.please be careful.i know the nyanchos don't know when to say no ,but please don't fall in the trap.we have dangeous marabouts working for the ladies .some say even armpit hairs are use to bewich the poor old fellows.talk less of other body hairs .they say the jealous lady will burn the hair and mix it with some bad stuffs and then put it in food or drinks .be careful mens.the gambia is now desperate.just a warning.if you believe you are kelifa sanneh or ngaling sonko then be my guest .

I enjoyed reading your narration of your trip to the Gambia. I am very familiar with all these areas as these were under my division from 1991 to 1994 as a divisional engineer at Bakau R-Yard. I was then on contract, hired by UNDP/World Bank from the States. Anyway, I have my own construction company here in Florida and in December, I will be going to the Gambia to set up a branch of my company and hopefully will be engaged in high quality civil, commercial, and residential construction. Please check out our website at www.barrowconstruction.com for more information. I am attaching a couple of our finished products and one on going for everyone to see.
Thanks.
