I think about you and John a lot and I apologize for not calling.  I have 
good intentions but well you know what they say about good intentions.  I 
will try to do better.  My prayers are with you both.  I do hope John is 
making good progress.

  Just in case  y guys thought I was silent, you're right.  Have been very
  busy.  But you'll be hearing more from me.  I'm so grateful John is 
healing.
  I can't thank the Lord enough for what he has done for both of us.  I've
  learned some things I'll be talking about as soon as I am able.  On the
  other hand, I feel as if I actually know next to nothing about anything.
