All the talk of Rice Dream leads me to suggest y'all try hemp milk, which is labelled gluten free (I haven't contacted either company). It's got more protein than rice or almond or hazelnut milk, which helps me keep my blood sugar up, and it has EFAs, and it doesn't have (yet!) contraindications, like soy. It's really tasty! Find it at Whole Foods.
