I owe everyone a summary on the Sjogren's post, I will try to do that
shortly. Part of the reason for the delay is I am having a really
hard time lately.
I was diagnosed about 7 weeks ago, I've been following the diet
fairly well- there's a learning curve going on. I have ADHD -
totally know looking back that I've always had it, but it got much
worse in my 30's and I wasn't diagnosed til I was almost 40. I'm 44
now. The past few weeks I feel like I"m having a "bad ADHD day" but
10 fold. I am very confused and spacey- I ran a red traffic light
the other day. I've had several different people remind me lately
that I promised to do this or that and I don't recall ANY of these
conversations.
Has anyone else had problems with intense spaciness/ brain fog /
confusion? Is it/was it significant when first starting the diet?
I'm getting a bit scared.
thanks in advance,
Yvonne Yaar
