i have been having great success modifying some traditional recipes for items such as cakes, cookies, and muffins/quick breads.  i'm curious to know if you folks have done the same or tend to refer to GF cookbooks.  and if you don't use GF cookbooks, what is the reason?  thank you in advance for your consideration of this very informal survey.  wishing you wellness...
