Yes, we have at least one user reporting unpredicted behavior with a 
combination of IE 7, Jaws 7 and Windows XP Pro. We are holding off 
on the IE 7 install in our labs until we can determine whether it's going 
to cause accessibility problems.

Dick's advice is good: hold off on installing IE 7 if you're a screen 
reader user or are supporting screen reader users.
