Lelia,
Are you able to exercise? If you are, and if you do, that can also
help you to change your appetite. Also, if you are only denying
yourself a sweet, you will feel deprived, and, if food is your love
language, you may also end up feeling unloved. You need to pray that
the Lord will help you find a substitute for the sweets that you want
or you will just end up being miserable.
