Here is something a little different: a GF bread that is actually soft the
next day. This bread recipe bakes up very fluffy and is good for rolls or

This bread is on the bland side, but that is not necessarily a problem. Most
dinner rolls are designed to not take away from butter and honey, and you
can make the bread more interesting with herbs and toppings. I haven't tried
it yet, but a little amaranth and flax addition/substitution would make for
a nice whole grain flavor.
