Does anyone know if White/Yellow stools are related to Celiac Disease? My
doctor says it isn't - that it has something to do with the Pancreas and
possibly a virus. However, everytime I've suspected contamination and have
been sick (vomitting, etc...) - the yellow/white stools come along with it.
I've read in a couple of places that it has to do with the malabsorption in the
small intestines - however, if I was diagnosed only 6 months ago and my villi
are flattened - wouldn't I have malabsorption all the time until my villi are
repaired?
If anyone has experience with this or can point me towards some sources of
knowledge I would appreciate it.
Regards,
Laura
