Thanks Dave but I don't think you finished answering my question or I did not 
state it correctly.  I have already backed up all the data on my D Drive to a 
CD.  Most all of my programs are on the C Drive.

I have about 56G of unused space on my D drive.  I only have 900MG unused 
space left on my C Drive.  Both drives are on one physical disk.  I want to move 
35G of the unused space on the D drive to the C drive.
