Hi Mark;

No I don't think it's reliable for information, but some of the raw data
is useable, specifically the comments on incidence of cancer in dairy
consumers. I'm assuming that Chinese dairy is processed like what's
commonly available in North America.

My perspective is that Chinese traditionally cook proteins in a wok, high
heat during quick cooking results according to Mercola in chemicals that
are bad for us. Mixed during cooking with sugar, ginger, garlic, seed oil
(it's all rancid) and some kind of starch, the result is tasty but who
knows what the product is? IIRC high incidence of colon cancer has been
reported from there.

AFAIK Chinese eat not much raw, so have less to counter the cancer-causing
effects of their cooking style than we who eat salads, raw sauerkraut &/or
meat etc.
