Christina, I'm so sorry for everything that you are going through, it can't
be easy for you!
I don't know a great deal about fungi, but I know that grains (especially
those over six months old) and corn are not part of an anti-fungal diet.
Fortunately, they're not part of the paleo diet either!
While I don't have an answer to the question of how to kill off all the
fungus and bring you back to health, I do have a few thoughts:
Regarding bloating/gas - you might try fennel.
Here are a few anti-fungals, and also a couple things to support the immune
system to help neutralize the fungus:
o garlic
o thyme
o echinacea
o black walnut (the natural tannins kill fungus... I have actually known
women who have collected black walnuts that have fallen from the trees and
have backed their cars over them in order to break the hull, then make a
tincture out of the walnuts)
o licorice
o cloves
o chamomile
o lemongrass
o turmeric
some of the above, you can grow yourself (even in pots, if you don't have
garden space) and incorporate them as a regular part of your diet once you
are healed.
I'm sure you have done a Google on anti-fungals. So I hope the above isn't
totally redundant for you.
