The overall condition of my skin has improved dramatically since I've started taking two teaspoons daily of Carlson's Cod Liver Oil every day. I also use Egyptian Magic cream on my legs after my shower and it is better than anything else I've tried. Both are Paleo and I get them at Whole Foods.
