I have been buying regular nuts - not organic - so maybe that's the problem.

Kristina, I eat a lot of nuts. Mainly walnuts, pecans, filberts
(hazlenuts). Walnuts are especially high in omega3 & should help w/
inflammation, not cause it.

All nuts I eat are organic and are bought online from a Michigan company in
the winter then UPS ships them to me. Upon arrival, I store them in the
freezer.

I never buy nuts in the grocery store, etc. because they are improperly
stored, non organic and the volitle oils have probably gone rancid.

Seeds are more problematic due to their coatings; they are meant to pass
through animals & then sprout.
