Most people don't eat low carb.  ;-)

(I wasn't thinking of the population of this list when I wrote that, but  
of the population in general.)

Why?  In terms of calories, they're twice as dense as carbs or protein, so  
you don't need as much to overdo it.  Eating fats alone would indeed be  
pretty hard, but adorning other foods with extra fats is common.
