Thanks to everyone who responded regarding the need for development of a gluten-free Girl Scout Cookie!  Many people e-mailed ABC Bakers, the bakers of Girl Scout Cookies, voicing the need for an allergen-free cookie!  Hopefully, they will listen and come up with something soon!!
