Hello. I will try and shorten my problem. I have been on a gluten free
diet for 12 years and am much better in many ways. I am 43 and most of my
digestive issues surround my menstrual cycle. I never ever eat gluten. It
seems as I grow older, there are times during my cycle I just don't digest
well ending with diarrhea. I don't like taking medicines, but do any of you
take imodium on a regular bases to combat diarrhea? If you do how much do
you take, when do you take it and do you have any side affects? I am not
fond of doctors either. I can't gain any weight! Thanks, Sandi
