As this subject came up on another list I'm on, I thought I mention a
mailing list devoted to accessibility issues of the E-Sword bible
software package from
www.e-sword.net
For those of you not familiar with it, E-Sword is a Bible software
package that has the most free Bible translations including several
modern ones like Good News Bible, Contemporary English Version or
English Standard Version as well as a wealth of dictionaries,
commentaries and other add-on modules. E-Sword also has a very active
user community. It's a great Bible package to use and i have done so
for the last two years or so. It's very usable with speech though it
does need mouse clicks for a few features.
The mailing list below is devoted to helping each other with
e=-Sword's accessibility. One of E-Sword's power users created the
accessibility list for it the other month.So far the list is very
quiet and it would be great if we got some users on it so we could
help each other out.
