Hi All--

I'm planning to go to Charlotte, NC in October to see my very beautiful
great niece. I don't want my nephew and his wife to fret about trying to
feed me and figure out this diet for just a few days. Does anyone know of GF
friendly restaurants? I need the lesser expensive and the more upper scale
establishments. Too, if there are health food stores in Charlotte, that
would be helpful.
