Since that one started off to be suggestive and can be a sensitive topic. 
I'll just go ahead and ask what everyone is thinking. Based off of many 
previous emails, when you said you  had your hair cut today, we assumed you 
meant that in singular not plural form is that right? Hope they didn't take 
too much off there for you.
