Today I ran across a listing of the top airports, and what they offer in the
way of food and restaurants.  It is a great resource for those of us
desperate for a GF meal while traveling.  You can access it from
 http://www.sidestep.com/airport-information-list .   The restaurant choices
are listed on the left hand side.  There appears to be a lot of other useful
information too.
