Dear Listmates,
I live in dairy country and wheat is grown all around us. Last week the winter wheat was harvested. I did have gastro symptoms and more allergy type choking, sneezing, coughing, tearing, snuffling, etc. There are 5 here with celiac and we all had some reactions. The wind was blowing and there was little humidity which, I believe, allowed the stuff to blow around more than usual.
It would be interesting to have the air quality tested for gluten. I wonder how that could be done.
