Dear All,

One of my good Celiac friends is participating, along with his wife, in the Register Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa next month. They are traveling to Iowa from the east coast to take part in this ride (http://www.ragbrai.org/) which starts on July 21 and ends on July 28. I offered to post to this list and see if I could help him find people (who live in the towns in Iowa which the Bicycle ride travels through) who would be willing to have he and his wife stop at their house for a gluten free meal on one of the days.

If you're interested, please email him at [log in to unmask] His name is Dick McNamara. They are really nice people and you would be doing a great deed if you could help them.

  Here is their itinerary:

  July 21: Rock Rapids
  July 22: Spencer
  July 23: Humboldt
  July 24: Hampton
  July 25: Cedar Falls
  July 26: Independence
  July 27: Dyersville
  July 28: Bellevue

  Thanks so much!

Regards, Ellen
